Historic & Distinctive Homes was established in 2004 by Robert & Karen Hoff, 26 year veterans in Real Estate with a simple philosphy, there needed to be an Urban Real Estate company willing to work downtown areas still being discovered as hidden jewels.
Historic & Distinctive Homes is broken down into two divisions, one is "The Karen Hoff Team" made up of four agents who work with Karen listing and selling homes and the second one is "Historic & Distinctive Homes Division", professional agents who work through Historic & Distinctive Homes as independent Agents. Each division is hard working but separate. But don't let the name fool you, we also work other areas of town because we discovered that the same tried and true marketing principles work for selling homes in any area.
